Coastal Concrete Pumping, operated by 1596151 B.C. Ltd., respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

Quote requests: your name, phone number, job location, pour date and any details you choose to share.
Contractor account applications: business and contact details, accounts payable contact, GST and WorkSafeBC numbers, and trade references.
Messages and photos you send us by phone, text or email.
Basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) that web servers record automatically when you visit the site.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a quote and schedule your job.
To assess and manage contractor accounts, including checking references.
To invoice, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations.
To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), which receives and stores form submissions, and our email and accounting providers.
Your trade references, only if you apply for a contractor account and authorize it.
Others when required by law.

Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and third-party content

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Links to our social media pages are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records only as long as needed for the job, follow-up and business records (generally up to 7 years for invoices and tax records). Information we no longer need is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for uses that aren't legally required. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.
